Eligible Applicants:

To apply you only need to meet the following criteria*:

Dental Profession under the age of 60

Member of the Oklahoma Dental Association

Work in your profession full time

*Meeting this criteria doesn't imply the applicant will be approved, applicant is subject to health underwriting

How Your Overhead Expense Insurance Works:

Overhead Expense Insurance pays actual overhead expenses of your office while you
are totally disabled. Included Are:

Office rent

Employees salaries and insurance plans

Heat, electricity, water, & telephone

Taxes

Laundry

Insurance premiums (including malpractice)

Interest on most loans

Depreciation & other fixed overhead expenses necessary for normal operation

Benefits:

Pays covered overhead expenses after waiting period, retroactive to first day of disability

Up to 24 months of coverage

A variety of monthly benefit amounts available

Tax deductible premiums

Premiums are waived after six months of total disability

Available whether you're in private practice or in a partnership
